Collections Officer – Personal Loans

This is a 12 month contract opportunity for a Collections officer based out of our Parramatta office. The role of a Collections Officer is to ensure timely collection and maintenance of delinquent accounts through controlled policy, processes and legislative requirements.

You will need to be self-disciplined, self-managed and self-driven to deliver results in this role.Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to; Ensuring accounts in arrears are kept to a minimum and within targets. Ensuring that all accounts in arrears are tasked and followed up. Ensuring that delinquent accounts are reviewed and are managed in line with the company’s procedures. Putting customer first and make sure communication is delivered in clear and concise manner.

Skills required; Demonstrated experience in a collections environment for a minimum of one year. Experience in working in a face paced environment and be able to prioritise your work. The ability to express yourself clearly in both in written and oral communications. The capacity to work as part of a team and ensure that team targets are met. The drive to understand, agree and satisfy customer requirements and deliver “first class service” every time.
